Doctor(ed) Biryani

AFTER a long time, cooked another biryani today. Wasn't exactly what I had in mind, but it served its purpose!




I used to prefer the beef biryani, but lately I am leaning more towards the chicken biryani. I think chicken gets better marinated and retains spices more, compared to the beef.

Anyway, nothing beats Shan Masalas! Where would I be without these...

Have you tried combination of sindhi biryani and bombay biryani masala together while marinating chicken.
Its divine ... And put lemon slices and food color mixed in little bit of milk over rice while dum.. you will
Forget the taste of student biryani from your good old days.
