Just found out yesterday the whole-sale market for mobile phones in Dubai.
It is called Gargash Center on the Sabkha Road (where it intersects with the Deira Street).

The prices are well below what you'll find in any retail store. But the problem is that they don't give out the warranties (hence the low price). In case of problem, you've to either contact the manufacturer or a phone repair shop.
